As a Part Time Estate Planning Paralegal at Woven Legal LLC, your role will encompass various responsibilities to ensure smooth client interactions and impeccable document management: Conduct initial client intake reviews to identify key issues Prepare and accurately draft client information packets (CIMI) Manage document versions from drafting through completion Facilitate Draft Review meetings and prepare for client signing sessions Handle funding coordination, including post-signing confirmations and asset checklists Offer funding support to clients and address basic trust funding inquiries With a strong understanding of trust funding and estate plan structures, you'll adeptly navigate each case with minimal attorney oversight. Proficiency in WealthCounsel and MyCase is preferred, but a quick learning ability will also be valued.

Role Description The role of Senior Paralegal reports to the Deputy General Counsel for Commercial, Litigation, and Intellectual Property. This role will support the commercial contracting team and the litigation and IP team.
