ICT Associate Director

DLB Associates

• This position is within DLB’s Mission Critical Department focusing primarily on hyperscale data centers and related mission critical facilities. • Collaborate with all design staff and oversee full cycle ICT design activities. • Work as part of the organizational leadership team to develop and edit firm policy and contribute to the growth and success of the firm. • Oversee and direct the ICT team/s to execute projects of complex scope and broader programs. • Contribute to and oversee growth and hiring within the ICT department. • Assist in the development of policies and procedures. • Communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years of industry related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree can substitute for two years of experience
  • Graduate degree can substitute for four years of experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License, or equivalent professional certification
  • Have a minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or management level position, with a demonstrated record of people leadership in previous roles.

Role Description As a full time exempt Senior Corporate Director of Pharmacy with Optum/CPS Advance Team, you will be deployed as needed to client sites located across the U.S., traveling 100% of the time to work. At the client site you act as a temporary Director of Pharmacy or Consultant in new and existing accounts and are primarily responsible to: - Plan, organize, control and supervise operation activities in a pharmacy practice setting according to facility policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws in hospitals with 250-500 licensed beds. - Be an integral team member with implementation of new contracts. - Perform Pre-Joint Commission and Joint Commission visits on current accounts. - Help staff current accounts. - Put into practice operational pharmacy improvements and work on special projects. Qualifications - B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. - Active Pharmacist license in good standing. - Obtain/maintain 12+ different state Pharmacy licenses in CPS recommended states. - 5+ years of recent hospital pharmacy management experience plus 3+ years hospital Pharmacist experience. - Experience working at a Pharmacy Director level at hospitals with 250-500 beds in size. - Proficiency with using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and pharmacy information systems. - Demonstrated ability to pass company Motor Vehicle (MVR) background check. - Willing or ability to travel 100% of working hours, typically 5 days on 2 off with flexibility for a 10 days on 4 off schedule when needed. - Willing or ability to travel on a 24 hour notice. - Residence in Western U.S. near an international airport.
