• Independently manage and develop selected key accounts in the beverage sector in Germany • Plan and implement sales and trust-building measures – internally and externally • Focus on revenue growth, clear communication, teamwork, and sustainable customer retention and customer satisfaction • Manage customer projects from the initial presentation through handover to the regional sales territories • Acquire potential customers and non-customers
Job Requirements
- Degree or technical/commercial training in beverage technology or brewing; alternatively comparable professional experience
- Solid knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and chemical-technical aspects
- Strong sales orientation and several years of experience in customer management
- Independent, structured working style and high team spirit
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
