Role Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Client Executive to join our Banking & Financial Services team. This leadership role is responsible for developing and growing executive relationships within major banking and financial services clients, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, and driving business transformation through innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of industry expertise, consultative sales leadership, account management excellence, and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth while helping clients modernize and transform their business. Responsibilities - Client Leadership & Relationship Management - Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior banking and financial services executives. - Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships across client organizations, including business and technology stakeholders. - Understand client business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to align NTT DATA solutions with strategic priorities. - Become the primary point of executive engagement for key client accounts and portfolios. - Business Growth & Account Management - Own and execute account growth strategies that drive revenue expansion, profitability, and client satisfaction. - Manage multi-million-dollar client portfolios with responsibility for forecasting, financial management, and P&L performance. - Identify new business opportunities across consulting, cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and managed services. - Lead account planning activities and develop long-term growth roadmaps aligned with client business goals. - Industry & Transformation Leadership - Leverage deep banking and financial services industry expertise to engage clients on digital transformation initiatives. - Guide discussions around modernization strategies, data and analytics, cloud migration, operational efficiency, customer experience, and emerging technologies. - Provide thought leadership on market trends, regulatory considerations, and technology innovation impacting financial institutions. - Help clients navigate complex transformation programs and technology investments. - Solution Development & Delivery Oversight - Collaborate with consultants, architects, delivery leaders, and practice teams to design tailored business and technology solutions. - Lead the development of client proposals, business cases, and solution strategies that address critical business challenges. - Ensure seamless coordination between sales, consulting, and delivery organizations to achieve desired client outcomes. - Support successful execution through appropriate governance frameworks, service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance scorecards. Qualifications - 12 years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation environments. - 8 years of account leadership experience managing complex enterprise client relationships engaging and influencing senior business leaders/stakeholders and growing financial footprint. - 5 years of Banking or Financial Services industry experience managing large-scale client engagements and multi-million-dollar portfolios. - 8 years with enterprise technology solutions, including: - Cloud Computing and Migration - Infrastructure Services - Application Modernization - Cybersecurity and Risk Management - Data and Analytics Solutions - Ability to travel up to 40–50% as required. Preferred Qualifications - MBA or advanced business degree. - Previous experience within a leading consulting firm or advisory practice. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations impacting financial services organizations.
