Review Manager

DISCO

• Acts as the point of contact for clients during DISCO Managed Review projects • Manages teams of reviewers and provides necessary feedback and guidance to ensure speed and accuracy • Structures review workflows, including QC workflows, based on the needs of individual review projects • Guides the team and trains junior colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment • Creates and refines DISCO standard documentation, including review protocols, status reports, training guides and review workflows • Works closely with clients to understand how cutting-edge tech is applied to document review

Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor, please note you must maintain an active law license and be in good standing with the bar association of the jurisdiction in which you reside
  • 4+ years of document review management experience at an eDiscovery / managed review or alternative legal services provider, in-house e-discovery review function, or consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications
  • Skilled at the use of at least one industry-leading review platform, like DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate, etc.
  • Adapt work schedule to support global client engagements in various time zones.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. - 5+ years Quality Management experience in progressively responsible leadership roles will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. - BICSI RCDD, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred. - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, standard modeling (SOP), leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. - Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, and requirements. - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings, or other structures within Regional Datacenters. - Proficient in using a computer and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and MS Project. - 5+ years progressively responsible leadership roles with quality management experience in the low voltage, structured cabling, or data center construction industries. - Experience understanding of BICSI standards, ANSI/TIA codes, and electrical/communications best practices. - Extensive knowledge of QA/QC frameworks, regulatory standards, and technical best practices. - Proven ability to build and scale quality programs in high-growth and field-based environments.
