• Desdobrar a estratégia comercial da GSP em planos operacionais para regionais e escolas. • Padronizar processos comerciais, garantindo coerência entre marcas. • Estruturar e acompanhar rituais comerciais (pipeline, forecast, follow-ups e SLAs). • Orquestrar a jornada de matrícula e rematrícula, integrando marketing, SDR e escolas. • Apoiar Regionais e Diretores com análises de performance e recomendações acionáveis. • Elevar a produtividade por meio de ferramentas, automação e melhoria de processos. • Garantir decisões orientadas por dados e integridade das informações. • Assegurar eficiência do funil comercial, garantindo conversão em todas as etapas. • Identificar gargalos e implementar planos de ação corretivos. • Definir, revisar e auditar processos de vendas e atendimento às famílias. • Liderar equipes comerciais. • Definir metas e garantir desenvolvimento contínuo das equipes. • Construir e acompanhar forecast semanal e mensal. • Antecipar riscos e analisar tendências de demanda por região, segmento e marca. • Implantar rituais de governança comercial e garantir uso disciplinado do CRM.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência em vendas e gestão comercial: preferencialmente em cargos de liderança ou supervisão.
  • Preferencialmente ter conhecimento do mercado de educação básica.
  • Formação: Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Jornalismo, Comunicação Social ou áreas fins.
  • Conhecimentos em tecnologia: Ter conhecimentos de tecnologias de suporte à área comercial, como CRM (Customer Relationship Management), sistemas de automação de vendas e ferramentas de análise de dados, é imprescindível para otimizar processos e tomar decisões embasadas em informações.
  • Diferencial: MBA em Gestão Comercial Vendas, Gestão Estratégica de Vendas, Idiomas: Inglês
