• Designing, developing, and configuring integration flows within IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) using Data Format Description Language (DFDL) for complex data parsing and serialization. • Building and managing EDI, API, and application integrations. • Creating, testing, and optimizing DFDL models to map and parse non-standard, custom text, CSV, fixed-width, and legacy binary file formats. • Writing and maintaining complex DFDL schemas using regular expressions and handling multi-format messages or variable-length records. • Building message flows that utilize DFDL to convert unstructured or proprietary data formats into standard XML or JSON structures, and vice-versa. • Connecting modern applications with legacy mainframes and backend systems. • Processing complex industry-specific messages (EDI, SWIFT, HL7) via DFDL. • Conducting root-cause analysis for integration failures, including DFDL parser and IBM ACE runtime issues. • Documenting workflows, mappings, and processes clearly and collaborating with clients, business analysts, and development teams.

- Provides high level of expertise in the design and functionality of business applications - Understands the business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT - Responsible for the conceptual design of business applications - Reviews and validates the technical design for business applications provided by the supplier - Performs quality review checks on project deliverables - Validates suppliers estimates - Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components - Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements - Performs quality review checks on project deliverables - Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, training as required - Translate complex reinsurance requirements into functional and technical specifications. - Set up and maintain treaty and facultative structures, proportional/non-proportional arrangements, participation structures, and risk accumulations. - Ensure accurate reinsurance accounting (UPR, EPI, reinstatement premiums) and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FS-CD. - Manage period-end (month, quarter, year-end) close processes, premium estimations, claims recoveries, and settlements. - Lead or support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and data reconciliation. - Work alongside Actuarial, Finance, Business Operations, and IT teams to implement and optimize SAP systems.
