• Flow management: ensure end-to-end flow of work items, identify bottlenecks, address blockers, and improve lead time and predictability, providing visibility into risks and dependencies. • Risk management: anticipate risks, ensure mitigation plans, build scenarios (best case, likely case and worst case), and escalate risks when necessary. • Operational governance: consolidate executive status reports, monitor critical deliveries, define and structure metrics, and ensure consistency of information. • Team evolution: develop squads' autonomy, avoid centralization around Tech Leads, promote shared ownership, foster critical thinking, and raise team maturity. • Quality of incoming work: work with PO, PM and TL to ensure better Discovery; do not accept incomplete requests, stories without context, or requirements that are not understood. • AI applied to work: promote the practical use of AI, establish best practices, identify opportunities for efficiency gains, and disseminate intelligent use of tools — helping teams work better through AI, not just use it.

Job Requirements

  • Project management: proven experience with scheduling, risk management, dependencies, planning and executive-level tracking.
  • Agility: hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, flow management, metrics and Lean.
  • Facilitation: ability to run workshops and retrospectives, drive difficult alignments and work through conflicts.
  • Influence: ability to influence TLs, POs, PMs and business leaders without relying on formal authority.
  • Desired: sufficient technical knowledge to discuss with Tech Leads (no programming required): APIs, distributed architecture, integrations, legacy systems and cloud.
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and automation of tasks.

Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have very strong experience as a Scrum Master and will support fully remote teams working as a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) with distributed team members globally. Jij draagt als masterpsycholoog bij aan de behandeling en het herstel van cliënten door: - het voeren van online intakegesprekken en het opstellen van behandelplannen in overleg met een regiebehandelaar; - het bieden van evidence-based behandelinterventies via beeldbellen, online behandelmodules en innovatieve technieken zoals biofeedback, virtual reality, serious gaming en EMDR-tools zoals MOOVD en Psylaris; - het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en innovatie van digitale behandelmethoden binnen GGz Online; - deelname aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en het delen van expertise met collega’s; - het begeleiden van cliënten met een persoonlijke en betrokken aanpak binnen een veilige digitale behandelomgeving.
