Super Dispatch

• Drive Fleet Adoption: Seek and close new business within the regional and national carrier segments, focusing on car-hauling fleets ranging from 5 to 50+ trucks. • Value-Based Selling: Position Super Dispatch as the operational backbone of a carrier’s business, helping them find higher-paying loads, eliminate paperwork, and get paid faster via SuperPay. • Perform Product Demos: Conduct fast-paced, highly practical demonstrations of our products like Carrier Desktop TMS and Mobile Driver App. • Objection Handling: Confidently navigate objections around software adoption, driver resistance to technology, and legacy habits.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in trucking SaaS, fleet management tech, telematics, or digital freight brokerages.
  • Direct experience selling to carriers, trucking fleets, or transport business owners.
  • Familiarity with the day-to-day realities of car haulers, fleet dispatchers, and owner-operators.
  • High empathy for small-to-midsize business owners.
  • Excellent phone/video presence.
  • A 'hustle' mentality.
  • A track record of closing shorter-cycle, high-volume deals while chasing larger fleet accounts.
  • You understand what it takes to keep a fleet running profitably.
