Qualifications - Possess expertise in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems analysis. - Have experience with Billing and Accounts Receivables platforms (e.g., e-commerce systems, B2B/B2C portals, Oracle Fusion). - Demonstrate expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Demonstrate expertise in overseeing various projects or workstreams concurrently, with exceptional ability to prioritize effectively. - Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio effectively to support project management, collaboration, and process visualization tasks. - Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, alongside exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities. - Handle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
