The successful candidate will lead process discovery and mapping activities across a range of back-office functions, helping the client understand current ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement as part of a wider digital transformation initiative. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions across multiple business areas. - Produce Level 2 and Level 3 process maps covering end-to-end business processes. - Swimlane mapping – identifying: - Activities - Decision points - Hand-offs - Roles and responsibilities - System used - Analyse current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Challenge existing assumptions and encourage best-practice ways of working. - Support wider digital transformation and systems implementation activities. - Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. - Utilise AI and process modelling tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
