• Analysis and specification of business and technical requirements for digital solutions • Facilitation of workshops and coordination between business units, IT, and other stakeholders • Development of business cases, solution architectures, and functional implementation concepts • Ensuring the quality, traceability, and feasibility of requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle • Advising clients and product owners on the introduction and further development of data-driven, cloud-based, and AI-supported solutions

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in requirements engineering and in analyzing business and technical requirements
  • Solid knowledge of geo/GIS data, multisensor data, Big Data, and AWS
  • Experience creating user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for the development of digital solutions
  • Practical experience conducting and supporting functional tests and User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to document complex topics in an audience-appropriate manner and align with diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to occasionally support our clients on-site

Role Description We are seeking an Associate Business Analyst to support a Local Government client on a short-term transformation programme.
