• Requirements gathering & analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, functional interfaces, and system requirements. • Break down requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and prepare for PI (Program Increment) approval. • Organize and facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups. • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders from various business units to clarify requirements and gather feedback. • Define and optimize processes — from data provisioning and interoperability to interface development. • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards in areas such as environmental requirements, technical planning, and right-of-way. • Support system and product owners in prioritizing the product and sprint backlogs based on business value and stakeholder needs. • Communicate the backlog to the development team. • Align requirements and processes with the business departments. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality standards and perform tests to evaluate acceptance criteria. • Travel across Germany and work with clients on-site (50% of your working time).
