• Designing business specifications and solution designs for data migrations • Analyzing source data with SQL and assessing data quality • Developing mapping and transformation logic between source and target systems • Translating business requirements into technical solution concepts • Prototyping and developing solutions using modern AI assistance, notably Claude Code • Creating test and validation concepts for migration data • Coordinating with business units, IT teams and external partners • Documenting migration rules, processes and solutions

• Do you want to kick-start a career in B2B sales and gradually take on your own responsibilities? • At dacon you will work closely with our executive team and our Sales Manager and learn the entire sales process — from lead research to closing deals. • Our goal: to develop you over the next 3–4 years into an independent sales professional and, prospectively, into a Sales Manager.

• Design and develop database applications and complex data migration solutions • Develop transformation and data processing logic using PL/SQL, SQL and Python • Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, complex SQL and performance optimization • Use Python for data processing, automation, database integration and migration tooling • Analyze and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL applications • Design scalable data models and migration workflows • Use modern AI tools such as Claude Code to design, develop, test and document solutions • Maintain and further develop existing applications and migration solutions • Cooperate directly with colleagues, partners and customers • Depending on your experience: take responsibility for project coordination, requirements analysis and customer communication
