• Lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions supporting Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and other clean energy programs for utilities. • Partner directly with clients to gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, validate solutions, and guide implementation decisions throughout the project lifecycle. • Configure application features, workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and client-specific functionality using low-code/medium code configurations, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript to meet business requirements. • Develop functional specifications, solution designs, process flows, configuration documentation, and other implementation deliverables. • Lead the design and implementation of system integrations, APIs, ETL processes, data mapping, user authentication, and reporting requirements in collaboration with client technical teams. • Plan and execute solution configuration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and production releases. • Troubleshoot configuration, data, integration, and application issues; partnering with Product and Development teams to resolve complex technical challenges. • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system performance, usability, and implementation efficiency. • Provide post-launch support, knowledge transfer, and ongoing solution advisory services. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, and Software Project Management throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Mentor implementation consultants and provide technical leadership on complex client engagements.

Role Description Support the Pre-Order Ops Team for a company that generates millions in revenue while working from home permanently. The Quoting Team is responsible for supporting the Sales Team by providing accurate quotes, validating production timelines, and ensuring operational feasibility before an order is placed. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, printers, and suppliers to ensure pricing, production, licensing, inventory, and delivery timelines are aligned. Responsibilities - Quoting - Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the internal tool: V4 Quoter. - Validate all mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork/proof, garment, print method, delivery location and licensing. - Check inventory availability and recommend suitable alternatives when required. - Quote orders as per standard margin guidelines and obtain approvals for exception pricing. - Handle one-off orders and promo product quotes as per defined SOPs. - Educate CMs and ISAs on using the V4 Quoter for standard quotes. - Timeline Management - Evaluate production feasibility for requested delivery dates. - Determine whether Standard, Guaranteed, Expedited or Flash timelines can be supported. - Validate production timelines based on print method, decoration method, inventory availability and shipping requirements. - Identify operational risks before timelines are committed. - Supplier & Printer Coordination - Contact printers for rush order feasibility and production confirmations. - Coordinate with product suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery timelines. - Share production details with the Order Processing team after order placement. - Ticket Management - Own Freshdesk tickets from assignment until resolution. - Ensure all responses meet team quality standards and SLA targets. - Escalate licensing, pricing or operational issues wherever required. - Process Improvement - Contribute towards HelpJuice documentation and SOP improvements. - Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. - Support automation initiatives by documenting workflows, exceptions and edge cases. Requirements - At least 1.5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales Operations or Logistics. - Any relevant experience working on quotations and pricing are highly preferred and prioritized. - Experience working with ticketing systems or CRMs. - Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel. • Support the sales process by accurately and efficiently producing customer-facing quotes for all SaaS and EA and related product lines • Act as the subject matter expert on quote creation, special pricing, internal and OEM approvals, and resolution of quoting issues and sales escalations • Engage with sales team members to ensure that deliverables are structured in alignment with specific customer requirements • Gain expertise in the area of pricing models and discount structures for SaaS and EA product offerings • Ensure that quotes and proposals include all related terms, conditions and agreements • Maintain complete ownership of a quote through the entire sales lifecycle of the opportunity including all revisions and updates • Comply with internal quote process workflows to ensure that quotes are reviewed and approved prior to delivery to customer • Recommend alternative procurement options for the customer quote including financing, pre-paid offerings, etc. and ensure that approved pricing and payment options are leveraged appropriately • Work in conjunction with sales and operations to ensure proper selection of vendor and billing accounts for all transactions • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve quoting and related processes
