Senior SaaS Configuration Specialist

Resource Innovations

• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical systems solutions for Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies, catering specifically to utilities, transmission, and distribution system operators. • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business drivers, key use cases, and high-level objectives to develop tailored, advanced solutions. • Gain and maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's no-code/low-code SaaS platforms, serving as a senior advisor and key user. • Drive the enhancement of efficiency in both internal and external systems and workflows, aligning with the strategic business goals. • Oversee the preparation of detailed gap analysis reports, use-case documents, and the development of comprehensive Technical Requirements and Specification Documents. • Provide senior-level consulting on product configuration, launch, and offer ongoing system support for a suite of Energy Efficiency management products. • Manage the full life cycle implementation of enterprise software systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and project guidelines. • Lead the implementation of business logic, user interfaces, and databases, collaborating closely with clients’ technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of implemented systems. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team skill development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Job Requirements

  • Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or an MBA with a Technology Management focus, with consideration for significant relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with day-to-day application development using no-code/low-code platforms or web development tools.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems development, specializing in energy efficiency management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and implement complex energy data solutions for clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven interpersonal abilities and experience in guiding teams and managing projects.

Role Description Support the Pre-Order Ops Team for a company that generates millions in revenue while working from home permanently. The Quoting Team is responsible for supporting the Sales Team by providing accurate quotes, validating production timelines, and ensuring operational feasibility before an order is placed. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, printers, and suppliers to ensure pricing, production, licensing, inventory, and delivery timelines are aligned. The associate owns quoting and timeline tickets from assignment until resolution while maintaining defined SLA and quality standards. For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. Responsibilities - Quoting - Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the internal tool: V4 Quoter. - Validate all mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork/proof, garment, print method, delivery location and licensing. - Check inventory availability and recommend suitable alternatives when required. - Quote orders as per standard margin guidelines and obtain approvals for exception pricing. - Handle one-off orders and promo product quotes as per defined SOPs. - Educate CMs and ISAs on using the V4 Quoter for standard quotes. - Timeline Management - Evaluate production feasibility for requested delivery dates. - Determine whether Standard, Guaranteed, Expedited or Flash timelines can be supported. - Validate production timelines based on print method, decoration method, inventory availability and shipping requirements. - Identify operational risks before timelines are committed. - Supplier & Printer Coordination - Contact printers for rush order feasibility and production confirmations. - Coordinate with product suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery timelines. - Share production details with the Order Processing team after order placement. - Ticket Management - Own Freshdesk tickets from assignment until resolution. - Ensure all responses meet team quality standards and SLA targets. - Escalate licensing, pricing or operational issues wherever required. - Process Improvement - Contribute towards HelpJuice documentation and SOP improvements. - Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. - Support automation initiatives by documenting workflows, exceptions and edge cases.
