Application Analyst

HEALTH CHOICE NETWORK

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Application Analyst to support the design, build, optimization, and maintenance of Epic MyChart functionality. This role will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to enhance patient engagement, improve user experience, and support ongoing portal enhancements and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have strong Epic MyChart build experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering innovative patient-facing solutions. - Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic MyChart functionality. - Support patient engagement workflows, including messaging, scheduling, questionnaires, notifications, and portal preferences. - Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and optimization. - Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution. - Analyze and resolve application issues, defects, and workflow gaps. - Participate in project initiatives, system implementations, and ongoing optimization efforts. - Maintain documentation related to workflows, build decisions, and system configurations. Qualifications - Active Epic MyChart Certification. - Minimum of three (3) years of Epic MyChart build and support experience. - Experience supporting patient portal workflows, scheduling, messaging, questionnaires, notifications, and patient access features. - Strong troubleshooting, testing, and workflow analysis skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities. Requirements - Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects. - Healthcare IT or ambulatory operations experience. - Knowledge of additional Epic applications and integrated workflows. - Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
