Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $157,000-$235,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $149,000-$223,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $133,000-$200,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

• Design, build, and evolve mobile experiences across Spotify’s consumer surfaces. • Contribute to architecture and development of reusable mobile foundations and frameworks. • Support initiatives that improve scalability, performance, reliability, and developer experience. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and platform teams to shape product direction. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and drive quality through testing practices. • Engage in experimentation and prototyping for future content and listening experiences. • Explore modern engineering workflows, including AI-assisted development tools. • Balance short-term product needs with long-term platform sustainability. • Contribute to Spotify's engineering culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe. • Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for: - Multi-account cash flow management - Banking transactions and payments - Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control - AI-powered accounting automation • Build polished, responsive UIs using **Jetpack Compose**. • Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable. • Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs. • Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.

• Develop fully functional Android applications by writing clean code • Create and execute unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions • Support the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, test, release, and support phases • Retrieve specific requirements and suggest solutions to improve user experience • Evaluate and debug mobile applications to optimize their performance • Work together with the Product Development team to plan new features • Support legacy applications and suggest ways to improve or replace them • Oversee the compliance of applications with established quality standards • Find and suggest new features, applications, and protocols • Stay informed about new technology trends
