• Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe. • Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for: - Multi-account cash flow management - Banking transactions and payments - Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control - AI-powered accounting automation • Build polished, responsive UIs using **Jetpack Compose**. • Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable. • Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs. • Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.

• Develop fully functional Android applications by writing clean code • Create and execute unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions • Support the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, test, release, and support phases • Retrieve specific requirements and suggest solutions to improve user experience • Evaluate and debug mobile applications to optimize their performance • Work together with the Product Development team to plan new features • Support legacy applications and suggest ways to improve or replace them • Oversee the compliance of applications with established quality standards • Find and suggest new features, applications, and protocols • Stay informed about new technology trends

Role Description This is a remote position and hours are from 10:30 - 7:00 Monday - Friday and every other Saturday. Using Fiserv Web Capture and Navigator software, the Mobile Deposit Review Clerk reviews and processes mobile check deposits with accuracy and timeliness. This role is responsible for evaluating deposited items and determining whether funds should be made immediately available to the client or delayed based on the client's banking relationship and established policies and procedures. Responsibilities - Monitor Web Capture for incoming customer deposits. - Examine deposited checks for endorsements. - Verify check information such as dates, bank names and legal amounts. - Identify payee and account holder. - Review deposit and determine if a delay should be placed on the item. - Send client email notification of delayed deposit, if necessary. - Verify deposited check in Evision. - Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies. - Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. - Other specified duties as assigned. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately. - Ability to organize work. - Strong written and verbal communication skills required. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is required. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous bank teller or deposit operations experience preferred. - Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening and Saturday shifts required. Physical Requirements - The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. - The position is sedentary, involving sitting most of the workday; however, the position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. - Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. - Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. - The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. - The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. - The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required. - Position requires lifting and/or the exerting of up to 10 pounds of force.
