• Design, build, and operate AI systems that solve real business problems across Finom. • Move comfortably from prototype to production: shaping the solution, building the system, measuring quality, and improving it over time. • Work on high-impact initiatives across onboarding, customer support, AI accounting, fraud and risk workflows, document understanding, internal automation. • Deliver production-grade AI capabilities that create clear value for customers and the business.

• Design and build new features for our Android application, used daily by business owners across Europe. • Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for: - Multi-account cash flow management - Banking transactions and payments - Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control - AI-powered accounting automation • Build polished, responsive UIs using **Jetpack Compose**. • Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable. • Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs. • Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.

• Own and extend our offline eval suite across products — datasets (capability + regression), judges, metrics • Build and maintain online quality dashboards: resolution rate, CSAT, thumbs up/down, LLM-as-judge signals, error rate, latency • Close the production feedback loop: mine failure patterns from real traffic → turn them into regression cases → propose fixes to Product and domain experts • Harden methodology: judge stability, non-determinism handling • Translate numbers into decisions – weekly syncs, clear trade-offs, no dashboards for their own sake
