Role Description Automation Anywhere is seeking a dynamic and highly proactive Executive Communications & Brand Manager to elevate the visibility, thought leadership, and industry presence of our Chief Operating Officer. This role will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives across various channels. - Develop and execute a comprehensive executive branding strategy for the COO. - Create high-quality content including blogs, LinkedIn posts, articles, keynote presentations, speeches, talking points, and executive communications. - Partner with PR agencies, media outlets, and internal stakeholders to secure speaking engagements, interviews, podcasts, and press opportunities. - Translate corporate positioning, product messaging, and marketing materials into sales-cycle-ready assets (customer pitch decks, proposals, playbooks). - Develop executive-ready presentations that emphasize value, outcomes, and competitive differentiation. - Manage the COO’s social media presence and content calendar, ensuring a consistent and authentic voice. - Identify thought leadership opportunities aligned with company priorities, market trends, and industry events. - Draft and edit internal communications, executive announcements, town hall content, and employee updates. - Coordinate conference participation, panel discussions, awards submissions, and executive appearances. - Monitor brand perception, media coverage, and social engagement metrics, providing recommendations to improve visibility and impact. - Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Investor Relations, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure message alignment. - Support strategic communications during company milestones, product launches, partnerships, and industry announcements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in executive communications, public relations, corporate communications, content marketing, or related roles. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Experience supporting C-level executives and building executive brands. - Strong understanding of media relations, social media strategy, and thought leadership programs. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Comfort working directly with senior executives and influencing stakeholders across the organization. - Experience in enterprise software, AI, technology, or automation industries is preferred. Requirements - Growth in executive social media engagement and audience reach. - Increase in earned media coverage and speaking opportunities. - Publication of high-impact thought leadership content. - Improved awareness of the COO and Automation Anywhere brand within target markets. - Strong alignment between executive communications and company business objectives. Qualifications - Minimum 8 years relevant experience required, including at least 4 years in a consulting firm environment. - 6-12 years of progressive, relevant professional experience working in public programming advocacy and/or strategic communications. - MPH or MPA, or similar relevant graduate degree. - Minimum of 4 years people management experience, with a minimum of 3 years project management/leadership experience. - Minimum 5 years client-facing experience, including 2 or more in project leadership roles. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
