Job Description

Senior Fintech BD

Morpho

Role Description The mission of this role is to bring Enterprise Accounts onto Morpho: Neobanks, Fintechs, and Exchanges that put Morpho-powered earn and borrow in front of their own users (B2C or B2B). You own the full cycle, from the prospecting to go-live and ramp up of the integration. This is a new business acquisition role: it rests on finding the accounts where Morpho can become core infrastructure partner, getting to the people who decide, coordinating the launch and closing. Responsibilities - Build and manage a pipeline: - Map, qualify, and activate key accounts (Stripe, Revolut, NuBank, Airbnb, etc.) where Morpho can serve and grow as primary lending infrastructure. - Get to the decision-makers and ensure the right people inside Morpho are connected to the right counterparts. - Carry the top executive relationship with internal executive sponsors where it counts. - Coordinate internally: - Run point across the teams behind each deal, especially Solutions on integration scoping and delivery, plus Product, Legal, and Risk. - Close: - Run the full commercial and product cycle: requirements, structuring, integration scoping, negotiation, and onboarding through to go-live. - Travel onsite when it moves a deal. - Land and ramp: - Own the account through go-live and its first months of active loans, then hand it to Growth. - Smaller accounts stay with you until they earn a dedicated grower. - Carry the product voice: - Make onchain lending legible to the account's product, business, and compliance teams. - Map product requirements to Morpho’s offering and bring additional asks back to Morpho Product and Partnerships teams. What Success Looks Like - First 30 days: - Fluent in the Morpho stack and caught up on every live new business conversation. - Your own network is mapped, and you have a first view of the accounts worth pursuing. - First 4 months: - The target accounts are mapped and prioritized, you're in live conversations with the top ones. - Your first new account is in motion with a term sheet in draft. - In 1 year: - Your first integrations are live and ramping, and you've built a repeatable pipeline of new-logo distribution deals. - The accounts you cover already know Morpho. Qualifications - +6 years of experience with a track record of closing large integrations or GTM deals, ideally with wallets, exchanges, neobanks, or fintechs. - Strong cross-team coordination and communication skills: aligns Solutions, Product, Legal, and Risk around a deal and keeps everyone moving. - Strong relationship-building skills: able to navigate large, complex organizations, find the real decision-makers, and earn their trust. - Ability to make onchain lending legible to crypto-native and TradFi teams alike, and follow the engineering conversation. - Comfortable owning a commercial cycle end to end: requirements, structuring, negotiation, onboarding. - Grit and speed; this person is measured on closes. Equal Opportunity We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.
