Qualifications - 5–7 years of overall experience in technical program management, data engineering programs, or related technical program delivery roles. - Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience. - Demonstrated experience tracking and facilitating highly cross-functional data engineering requests, projects, or programs. - Experience building, managing, and tracking project plans, tasks, sprints, roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery milestones. - Strong technical literacy in data engineering concepts, data pipelines, and technical system architectures. - Proven experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define expectations, scope programs, and drive alignment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing executive presentations, leadership communications, and memos for non-technical audiences. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, facilitate difficult conversations, and professionally push back on challenging or infeasible requests. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and changing priorities. - Experience proactively identifying program risks, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and driving projects to completion. Role Description Tremco CPG, Inc. is currently looking for a Grainger Program Manager.
