• Act as a manager to work as part of a team of problem solvers. • Help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. • Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support Activities regard to SAP Project Systems and Dassian experience. • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly. • Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client. • Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes. • Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided. • Ability to configure SAP PS (Project Systems) and deliver work products / packages. • Regularly interact with the onsite team/client. • Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls. • Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client.

• Gather and analyze business requirements. • Configure and support SAP SCM modules including EWM, MM, and SD. • Participate in SAP upgrade and enhancement projects. • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support. • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders. • Ensure best practices and process improvements across supply chain operations.

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors integrations and interfaces. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related incidents and service requests. • Monitor integration processes and proactively identify potential issues. • Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and support processes. • Collaborate with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve integration issues. • Support testing, deployments, and minor enhancements of existing integrations. • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. • Participate in client meetings and provide regular updates on support activities and issue resolution.

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integration projects, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support • Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on integration architecture, best practices, and solution design • Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions • Configure, develop, and support integrations using SAP integration technologies • Define and maintain integration standards, reusable assets, and technical documentation • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions • Ensure integration security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards
