• Develop, implement, enhance, and support Workday HCM integrations across enterprise applications • Design, build, and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation • Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday integration solutions • Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes • Develop and maintain Workday reports and BIRT reports • Monitor and support Workday integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data accuracy • Provide production support by troubleshooting integration and functional issues
Job Requirements
- Total Experience 8+ years in Workday HCM
- Strong experience in Workday Integrations
- Expertise in Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation
- Strong knowledge of Workday security configuration and security profiles
- Experience providing production support for Workday functional and integration solutions
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams
- Workday Certification preferred
