• Provide architectural oversight and technical direction across teams developing Python-based automation and full-stack applications (React, Spring Boot) • Validate engineering approaches, enforce best practices, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable • Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical designs • Lead solutioning sessions and define system architecture and automated processes in collaboration with engineering teams • Serve as the primary technical interface for stakeholders • Present solutions, guide decision-making, and manage trade-offs to ensure alignment with mission and program objectives • Oversee execution across technical workstreams, managing priorities, risks, and escalations • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges early to maintain delivery timelines and quality

• You'll help build systems that: • Translate CAD models into machine-readable engineering data. • Connect Siemens NX, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and other CAD platforms with cloud-native AI services. • Build scalable APIs that allow engineering applications to exchange geometry and metadata. • Develop Python services that automate complex engineering workflows. • Design backend systems that manage CAD assemblies, parts, configurations and engineering metadata. • Partner with researchers building next-generation Engineering AI.

• Lead from the front in qualified, high-impact AI pursuits by applying solution, AI portfolio, and industry depth, tailoring demonstrations and delivering proof-of-value engagements that drive customer confidence. • Act as the connective tissue between the AI portfolio and your domain (ERP, EAM, and/or FSM). Translate AI capabilities into credible, domain-specific outcomes and architectures, ensuring solutions are technically sound and implementable. • Provide insight-based guidance to shape marketing campaigns, sales plays, messaging, roadmap priorities, and competitive positioning for the AI portfolio within your domain. • Strengthen presales execution through key content creation, storytelling, reusable asset development, mentoring, and setting the example in delivery excellence. • Drive evolution in our AI go-to-market model through cross-functional collaboration, industry-specific sales plays, and field innovation.

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and career development support to the Global Leasing Coordinators • Monitor daily workload distribution, work queues, and lease pipelines to maintain service levels and operational efficiency • Perform routine audits of leases, financial transactions, Salesforce records, Oscar records, and operational documentation to ensure quality and compliance • Oversee complex lease transactions, renewals, extensions, early departures, and other non-standard leasing scenarios • Review lease agreements, reservation details, partner invoices, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy, profitability, and compliance • Monitor partner performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Partner with Apartment Services to proactively resolve pre-arrival issues • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex lease issues • Develop and implement SOPs, workflow improvements, and automation opportunities
