Job Description

Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Therapist Recruitment

Hedepy

Role Description Hedepy is building Central Europe's largest online psychotherapy platform, with 1,300+ active therapists. Demand for therapy is growing faster than we can keep up, which makes therapist capacity our single biggest bottleneck and this one of the most important roles in the company. You'll own the whole funnel: finding therapists, getting them through interviews and contracts, and activating their profiles so they can see their first clients fast. Today that means mainly therapists; as the platform grows, increasingly other specialists too. You'll join a lean, highly automated Community team (Head of Community plus one Czech Community Manager), and within three months we expect you to run the whole workflow on your own. What you'll do - Recruit new therapist capacity for the Czech market, both outbound sourcing and inbound applications (the biggest part of the job, roughly 40%) - Own the full funnel: pre-screening, interviews, contracts, monthly onboarding cohorts - Activate therapist profiles and handle the admin so nothing stalls after signing - Automate the routine with Airtable, Typeform and AI tools instead of repeating manual work - Work with Marketing on campaigns targeting capacity shortages and track conversion metrics - Take on adjacent projects as the platform expands into other specialist roles Qualifications - Fluent Czech or Slovak (C1/native) and fluent English (B2+, our working language) - Experience with outbound outreach and working toward clear numeric targets, for example from recruitment, sales (SDR/BDR), community or customer-facing work - High comfort with digital tools and automation (Airtable, Typeform, Notion or similar) - Demonstrated interest in psychology or mental health (studies, work, volunteering, or similar) - Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or similar) as part of your daily workflow Requirements - First hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, or an SDR/BDR role (nice to have) - Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape around psychotherapy in the Czech Republic (nice to have) - This is a junior role and works well as a first or second job in recruitment, as long as the drive for numbers and the tech comfort are already there - This role is not for a passive administrative type who waits for instructions, or for someone put off by clear goals and numbers Benefits - EUR 1,300/month flat base (freelance/B2B, IČO) plus up to EUR 300 performance bonus per tertial tied to therapist-activation goals - Extra bonuses for specific recruitment KPIs - Remote-first culture, you can work from anywhere - 2 free therapy sessions per month through our Hedepy platform :) - Work in an international team with colleagues from 10 different countries - A company-wide offsite is coming up in September Company Description Start date: ideally August 1st
