You will work in a fast-paced environment accurately fulfilling online merchandise orders. You will use strong organization skills to elevate merchandise sales, support strategic brand initiatives, and you will collaborate daily with eCommerce team to grow the business. What You'll be Brewing: - Pick, pack and ship out e-commerce orders accurately, following established best practices. - Lead daily returns, reshipments, and special requests. Support "Ask Us" customer service communication. - Assist with the intake of merchandise including quality control, tagging and counting merchandise; Organize and restock inventory in warehouse Key Ingredients: - You have a high school diploma or GED - You have 1-3 years of experience working in eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations or retail - You can lift up to 50lbs and stand/sit for extended periods of time. - You have a customer service mindset. - You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome - You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. - You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments. If you have experience in test automation using Tricentis TOSCA to ensure the quality and reliability of our SDFC front-end web application and are looking for your next career move, apply now.
