Job Description

Ecommerce Specialist, Shopify, Klaviyo – 6-Month Contract

Heroes

• Manage the day-to-day running of our Shopify store, ensuring products, collections and content are up to date. • Support the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches and trading activity across multiple brands. • Maintain product listings, imagery, pricing and merchandising to deliver an excellent customer experience. • Coordinate with design, marketing and development agency to ensure timely delivery of ecommerce initiatives. • Monitor website performance and provide insights to improve conversion, revenue and customer experience. • Assist with reporting on key ecommerce KPIs, including sales, conversion rate, average order value and customer behaviour. • Support the implementation of website improvements, testing and optimisation opportunities. • Support the CRM team with email marketing campaigns and schedule handled on Klaviyo.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in an ecommerce or digital trading role.
  • Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store is essential.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, product management and online trading best practices.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analysing ecommerce performance data.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify reporting or similar ecommerce analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo) is a plus.
