• Coordinar y liderar la red de Dealers de la zona asignada, estableciendo relaciones sólidas y monitoreando su rendimiento para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio. • Impulsar estrategias comerciales y de ventas en la región que aceleren el crecimiento y la penetración de nuestras marcas representadas. • Asesorar técnicamente a la red de Dealers y clientes finales en la selección, ventajas y uso correcto de la tecnología de precisión aplicada al agro. • Ejecutar y participar activamente en eventos, demostraciones a campo y ferias referentes del sector agrícola para promocionar el porfolio de productos. • Coordinar con el equipo interno de ventas y marketing el desarrollo de material técnico, compartiendo tendencias del mercado y análisis de la competencia para la toma de decisiones.
Job Requirements
- Título universitario en Agronomía, Ingeniería Agrónoma, o carreras afines.
- Mínimo de 3 años en posiciones de ventas técnicas, preferentemente en tecnología agrícola, insumos o equipos de agricultura de precisión.
- Valoramos fuertemente el conocimiento sobre drones agrícolas y su aplicación en el sector (se considerará un plus).
- Excelentes competencias de comunicación, negociación y una marcada orientación a resultados.
- Perfil autónomo, proactivo, con capacidad analítica para resolver problemas y una profunda pasión por la innovación en la agricultura.
- Disponibilidad para realizar viajes recurrentes dentro de la región asignada.

Role Description This role is with one of our portfolio companies. Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai / India - Remote - Own end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders to build a repeatable enterprise sales motion. - Drive complex, long-cycle, enterprise-level deals by engaging senior executives to identify needs and deliver tailored value. - Own revenue, driving pipeline, bookings, margins, and quota attainment. - Close large, complex deals including RFPs, negotiations, and commercial structuring. - Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for new logos. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Understand customer pain points and map product solutions; collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams. - Deliver tailored demos, proposals, and business cases. - Work with legal, finance, and leadership on deal closure.
