• Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to applications • Utilize remote assistance tools, ticketing systems, and other resources to troubleshoot and diagnose problems • Investigate and analyze application-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions • Collaborate with development teams to report and resolve bugs, glitches, and other software-related issues • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles, to assist end-users and internal teams • Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote self-service and enhance overall system understanding • Develop training materials and resources to empower users to navigate and utilize applications effectively • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and IT, to communicate user needs, system requirements, and facilitate seamless application integration • Monitor application performance, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to minimize downtime • Generate and analyze reports to track support trends, system usage, and user satisfaction, providing insights for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in application support or a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of software applications, troubleshooting methodologies, and remote support tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP Business One and SQL Server preferred
- IT certifications such as ITIL, HDI, or relevant vendor certifications preferred
- Scripting or programming skills for automation purposes

• Support negotiation and administration of master clinical trial agreements • Negotiate directly with assigned sites on all site related contracting items including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements and amendments. • Partner with internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to improve overall SB&C metrics and deliver processes. • Ensure standards are applied to the SB&C processes across projects. • Leverage leading industry tools and data sources to provide budget and contract feedback aligned with parameters and fair market value guidance. • Promptly recognize and improve potential delays and escalate to appropriate team members. • Track all actions and negotiations to ensure timelines are achieved for studies and sites assigned. • Support resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in partnership with the internal Study Startup team.

• Perform the calculations of accounts receivable valuation in Kodiak RCA and evaluate monthly settlements of third-party reimbursement. • Maintain systems related to the calculation of third-party reimbursement. • Assist in the month-end close process by generating journal entries, reviewing prior period estimates, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards using Kodiak RCA. • Reviews and analyzes preliminary monthly net patient revenue and proposes changes, when necessary, within the month-end close process. • Articulate the net revenue impact of RCA calculations and adjustments to finance leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. • Assist in preparing reports and packages to support monthly close process. • Understands the reconciliation process of source accounting system to RCA system daily and can complete as needed. • Understands the daily maintenance of mapping related to transaction codes, facility tables, patient types, financial classes, as well as provider and modifier maintenance and can complete as needed. • Prepares patient accounts receivable account reconciliations monthly for all assigned entities and accounts. • Work collaboratively with other departments and other financial operators related to net revenue management activities. • Participate in Kodiak RCA training sessions and utilize in-application education resources to stay proficient in the platform’s evolving features. • Ensures that accurate information is provided on a timely basis and assists, as needed, in facilitating the efficient conduct of external audits, examinations, and related financial projects. • Assist the year-end audit and the issuance of the audited consolidated financial statements. • Promulgates ChristianaCare’s core values and behaviors throughout the Financial Accounting & Reporting Department.
