Imaginate emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de: - Ejecutar los procesos diarios de ruterización dentro de las ventanas operativas definidas. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de los cortes operativos y la asignación precisa de rutas en los sistemas de ruteo. - Verificar la calidad de la data operativa e identificar y corregir errores en los sistemas de ruteo. - Mantener comunicación efectiva con los equipos de soporte en piso para resolver incidencias del día a día con el ruteo. - Generar reportes regulares de performance e identificar tendencias, anomalías y áreas de mejora. Qualifications - Adaptabilidad para trabajar con equipos multiculturales y remotos. - Dominio de herramientas de ruteo. - Manejo de queries y tablas. - Manejo de Excel intermedio/avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, visualización de datos). - Deseable experiencia con herramientas de análisis de datos o BI (Power BI, Google Looker Studio, etc.).
