• Implement the right processes and practices across the organization as assigned by Operations Manager • Analyze all current operational processes and performance, recommend and implement solutions for improvement • Ensure proper understanding and execution of all The Auctus Group policies and procedures • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices as needed • Create materials, forecast, and build standard operating procedures for all operation systems • Formulate strategic and operational objectives • Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs per department • Actively communicate, inspire, and motivate all levels of staff
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in operations
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Proven work experience as Operations Coordinator or similar role
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Medical billing experience is a plus
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to operate a computer, learn new types of software and systems

Role Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Operations Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you will be the engine behind our recruitment processes. You will own the half-cycle recruitment experience for both internal and external candidates, ensuring a seamless, equitable, and engaging hiring journey. As the primary administrator and champion of our Insperity Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you will partner closely with hiring managers to execute efficient talent strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and maintain impeccable data integrity. Qualifications - 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or Human Resources, preferably within a fast-paced or remote-first environment. - Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System. - Direct experience with Insperity ATS / BrightMove is highly preferred. - Experience using the Google Workspace/Suite platform. - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy. - Proven ability to build trust and partner effectively with cross-functional leaders and hiring managers. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate our employer brand compellingly to candidates. - Ability to pivot quickly, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in an evolving virtual landscape.
