Global Website Operations Specialist

CONMED Corporation

• Play a critical role in shaping how our brand comes to life online • Partner closely with all business unit marketing teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life on CONMED.com • Own the operational backbone of the site, from intake and prioritization to QA, release management, and ongoing performance improvements • Manages end-to-end web intake, prioritization, and delivery across marketing, product, legal/compliance, IT, and analytics stakeholders • Publishes and maintains global page builds, component updates, navigation, redirects, and file management • Owns web QA standards and execution, including functional testing, accessibility checks, and link validation • Coordinates releases and site updates, including sprint planning support, deployment schedules, and release notes • Maintains site governance, including template usage, taxonomy, naming conventions, and URL structure • Owns privacy and consent operations and ensures measurement readiness through tagging, event tracking, and documentation • Partners with analytics and technical teams to monitor performance, drive backlog prioritization, and resolve site health issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of related experience in website operations, digital publishing, ecommerce, CMS management, or web production
  • Demonstrated expertise in website operations, content publishing, web QA, governance, and cross-functional release coordination
  • Ability to translate performance insights into prioritized improvements
  • Extensive experience with Sitecore or other CMS publishing, web governance, QA, privacy/consent operations, tagging, SEO fundamentals, and release management
  • Experience supporting global websites and partnering with analytics, IT, and compliance stakeholders
