• Define and execute the strategy for personalized player experiences across our Casino and Golden Nugget brands. • Own the performance of the on-site player journey by establishing key performance indicators. • Develop and evolve merchandising strategies using customer segmentation and lifecycle insights. • Partner with the Product, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams. • Lead a rigorous experimentation strategy by identifying opportunities and scaling successful experiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless cross-platform customer experiences. • Shape the future of the casino experience by bringing new capabilities to market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in iGaming, online gaming, or another digital consumer business.
  • Strong understanding of casino operations, lobby strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Proven experience developing personalization, merchandising, or customer experience strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering across Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
