GTM & Outreach Specialist
spectupspectup is a capital advisory firm that designs and runs serious capital raises for companies and funds.
Role Description Build and manage outbound GTM campaigns across email and LinkedIn — from strategy through execution. - Write sharp, high-converting copy: outreach sequences, subject lines, follow-ups, and messaging frameworks. - Own the technical layer: set up and maintain sending infrastructure, manage domains and tenants, monitor deliverability, and troubleshoot when things go sideways. - Enrich and segment prospect lists using tools like Clay, Apollo, or similar. - Iterate based on performance data — open rates, reply rates, conversions — and know which levers to pull. - Collaborate with the team on positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy. - Join client calls over time and represent spectup's outreach methodology to founders and investors. Qualifications - Proven hands-on experience in outbound GTM and cold outreach — you've built campaigns, not just supported them. - Strong copywriting instincts: you understand tone, persuasion, and how to write for busy, skeptical readers. - Technical fluency in email infrastructure — you know what sending domains, tenants, DMARC/SPF/DKIM, and warm-up sequences mean, and you've fixed deliverability issues before. - Comfortable with data enrichment workflows and prospecting tools. - Client-ready communication style — articulate, professional, confident on calls. - Self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams in a lean team. Benefits - Work on deals that matter — our clients are raising real capital to build real companies. - Small team, big scope: direct ownership with no bureaucracy. - Close collaboration with and direct access to senior leadership. - Flexibility on location and working arrangements. - A front-row seat to the world of capital markets, investor relations, and high-stakes fundraising.
• Act as the strategic owner for specific segments of the GTM lifecycle • Author high-fidelity Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flowcharts, and User Stories • Utilize the GTM Priority Matrix to evaluate and rank inbound field requests • Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) framework for your domain • Partner with Enablement and Data Analytics to track downstream adoption • Support the deployment of the GTM AI roadmap
• Define and lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy for Clarivate’s global Intellectual Property portfolio • Develop and champion portfolio-level positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks • Partner with IP Business Unit and Product leaders to support new product launches • Enable commercial success through sales enablement strategy • Drive marketing programs that contribute to pipeline generation, revenue growth, customer expansion, and retention • Leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to inform persona-based GTM strategies • Establish and monitor clear performance metrics • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, global marketing leadership team • Collaborate with Clarivate Brand, Communications, and Events teams

Role Description The IVP proposition only works if the product story is airtight. The Director of Product Marketing owns how NRG's integrated offer — energy, smart home, security — gets framed for customers and channels. You'll manage two PMMs focused on IVP, and you'll be the bridge between product teams and the go-to-market machine. If messaging is inconsistent, unclear, or behind the product roadmap, that's on you. What you'll own - Integrated product narrative: Own the messaging hierarchy across NRG's bundled product set — ensuring energy, smart home, and security are positioned as a coherent offer, not three separate pitches. - PMM team leadership: Manage and develop two IVP PMMs. Set the brief, hold the bar, unblock execution. - Launch readiness: Own GTM launch processes for new products and features — positioning, enablement, channel briefs, and measurement frameworks. - Competitive & market intelligence: Maintain a living view of competitive positioning across energy and smart home — feeding insights upstream to product and downstream to channel. Qualifications - PMM depth: 7+ years in product marketing, ideally in a multi-product or platform environment. Has launched products, not just documented them. - Cross-functional authority: Earns trust with product and engineering without a reporting line. Makes decisions, not just recommendations. - Messaging clarity: Can distill complex bundled value into customer-facing language that actually converts. No jargon, no hedging. - Data-driven: Uses win/loss analysis, NPS, and customer research to sharpen positioning — not gut feel alone. Requirements - The base salary range for this position is: $167,600 - $276,600* - *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. - The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. - In addition, the position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which includes, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts. Benefits - Medical - Vision - Dental - 401K - Flexible spending accounts
