Job Description

Service Development Director – Anti Fraud

SGS

• Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services across the assigned portfolio. • Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive developments. • Define and execute product and service strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives. • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and annual budget achievement across the portfolio. • Develop and validate business cases, service proposals, CAPEX requests, and strategic tender submissions. • Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support commercial success. • Ensure consistent implementation and harmonization of services globally through close collaboration with Operations and Standardization teams. • Foster innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies and integrity standards. • Lead and support Service Development Managers/Directors to achieve strategic and commercial objectives. • Build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, IT, Centers of Expertise, and external technology partners. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful service development, deployment, and commercialization. • Support local sales teams and business leaders throughout the customer engagement and sales cycle. • Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the organization. • Ensure alignment between product strategy, market needs, and business priorities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in service development, product management, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing profitable service portfolios.
  • Strong experience developing business cases, strategic proposals, and investment justifications.
  • Excellent understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and service innovation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and international teams within a matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of technology-enabled services and digital solutions.
  • Fluency in English and French.
