Human Resources Management Consultant

• Partner with organizational leadership to align human resources strategy with business objectives • Serve as trusted advisors, building deep relationships across all levels of the organization from employees to leadership • Serve as an additional resource for a Human Resources team and/or serve as a department of one • Provide operations for a client organization and/or implements Human Resource programs and their associated processes • Maintains subject matter expertise in all operational and tactical areas of HR including, but not limited to, employment law, FLSA classifications, leave management, HR technology, benefits management, and compensation

Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in Human Resources
  • A bachelor’s and/or professional certification is required
  • Broad and advanced generalist skills in most tactical and operational components of Human Resources
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication clearly, concisely, and confidently with all levels of employees and management

Role Description This role is remote with travel up to 30% or more depending on business needs. The Director, Employee Relations partners with senior Employee & Labor Relations, Programs & Performance, Human Resources, and Operations leaders in contributing to the effective implementation of key preventative labor relations and associate relations programs and initiatives across the United States. The Director owns national strategy, governance, prioritization, and execution oversight for these initiatives and directly manages a team of Area Employee Relations Managers performing this work.
