Role Description Au sein du pôle Energie, votre rôle principal est de représenter le SE60 dans le déploiement de sa stratégie et dans la gestion énergétique du patrimoine des communes adhérentes à l’échelle du secteur. - Accompagner les communes dans toutes les démarches et les actions de gestion des consommations. - Aider les collectivités à passer à l’action. - Être l’interlocuteur de référence des collectivités. - Participer à la vie du réseau des Economes de Flux organisé par ACTEE. Qualifications - Titulaire d’un diplôme Bac +3/4, spécialisée en énergétique et/ou thermique du bâtiment. - La connaissance des collectivités territoriales, de leur organisation et des marchés publics, serait un plus. - Concevoir les projets techniques et établir des rapports de suivi. - Avoir de bonnes connaissances en CVC, GTB & EnR. Requirements - Être à l'écoute des besoins et pouvoir interagir rapidement. - Sens du service public. - Adapter ses comportements à des interlocuteurs différents. - Être force de proposition et faire preuve de rigueur et d’organisation. - Capacités d’analyses et de synthèses. - Travailler au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role responsible for building and scaling Current’s B2B channel and serving as the sales lead and product expert for the brand within the broader WC Bradley Outdoor Cooking organization. With approximately 65–75% of time focused on B2B (HOAs, multifamily housing, developers, and property managers), this role will establish and grow a new, highly strategic channel—leveraging strong product-market fit within communities where traditional gas solutions are restricted or impractical. The remaining scope will focus on enabling the broader sales organization to successfully bring Current to market across retail and commercial accounts. This includes equipping teams with the right tools, training, and targeted account strategies, while positioning Current as the leading solution in the fast-growing electric outdoor cooking category. THIS POSITION IS: REMOTE Duties and Responsibilities - Build and scale a B2B sales pipeline across HOAs, multifamily housing, developers, and property managers - Develop tailored partnership models, pitch materials, and deployment programs for community-based customers - Drive prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure within the HOA channel - Serve as the Current brand expert within the WC Bradley Outdoor Brands sales team, providing product training, demos, and support - Develop and implement Current-specific trade programs and sales strategies - Identify high-potential target accounts and guide the WC Bradley Outdoor Brands sales team on prioritization - Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to support growth and execution - Represent Current at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings - Track pipeline performance and provide insights to inform broader strategy - Other duties as deemed necessary.
