Role Description As a GTM Engineer, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of GTM Engine projects – from technical architecture to measurable client results. You’ll work either independently or alongside another consultant to design, build, and optimize signal-based outbound systems that combine precision targeting, automation, and AI-driven personalization. Tasks - Project Delivery & Client Impact: - Own the full lifecycle of GTM-Engine projects – from discovery and system design to execution and measurable pipeline impact. - Translate complex business goals into actionable technical architectures (automations, integrations, workflows). - Lead technical validation and client alignment during both sales and delivery phases to ensure long-term success. - GTM-Engine Development: - Design and standardize high-performing signal workflows, enrichment processes, and outbound frameworks. - Integrate and optimize tools such as Clay, Teamfluence, Lemlist, or Instantly to ensure system scalability. - Evaluate and operationalize new data sources (e.g. ad intent, firmographic APIs, product usage signals). - Enablement & Process Ownership: - Build and maintain internal GTM knowledge infrastructure – including playbooks, templates, and Loom walkthroughs. - Establish delivery standards and best practices to align client expectations with capacity and system complexity. - Mentor junior GTM engineers and working students to ensure skill development and process consistency. - Strategic Contribution: - Identify “winning use cases” and translate them into repeatable frameworks that scale across clients. - Collaborate with leadership on service design, new offerings, and GTM methodology refinement. Qualifications - Proven experience delivering complex B2B automation or sales enablement projects - Deep understanding of GTM tooling and RevOps architecture – ability to design technical solutions from strategic input. - Hands-on experience with: Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly; Automation tools: Make.com, n8n, Zapier; HubSpot CRM (data architecture, workflows, integrations) - Advanced use of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) for enrichment, personalization, and signal analysis. - Strong project management skills and client-facing communication (English C1 & German C2). - Analytical mindset with a focus on precision, repeatability, and measurable performance impact. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Java EE, Java 17, Spring Boot, Node.js/TypeScript, and React or Angular. • Architect and implement secure, cloud-native, event-driven microservices and RESTful APIs utilizing AWS services including Aurora PostgreSQL, ECS, SQS, and S3. • Develop AI-enabled solutions by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs into enterprise healthcare applications while evaluating emerging AI technologies and best practices. • Build reliable backend services, optimize database performance, and ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability through sound engineering principles. • Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps best practices to deliver high-quality software in a regulated environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while supporting Agile development processes and maintaining technical documentation. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust formal verification environments for complex Vector Unit sub-blocks • Implement advanced word-level modeling, bit-blasting, and algebraic rewriting strategies • Independently diagnose and resolve proof-convergence failures, over-constraints, and state-space explosions • Develop formal environments to mathematically prove compliance with the RISC-V Vector Extension specification • Collaborate closely with simulation engineers to ensure maximum bug-hunting efficiency
