Role Description Aide au service restauration : - Participe aux activités de service de restauration à la cantine scolaire (enfants de l’école maternelle et l’école primaire). - Missions de réception, distribution et de service des repas. - Accompagnement des enfants et entretien des matériels et locaux de restauration. - Travaille dans une petite équipe, sous l’autorité de la responsable du service. Entretien des locaux communaux : - Assurer l’entretien des locaux communaux, notamment les locaux scolaires en dehors des heures de service et d’enseignement : soirée et vacances scolaires. Activités : - Mettre en place la salle de restauration. - Réaliser l’entretien courant ainsi que la remise en état périodique des locaux, selon les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité. - Assurer l’entretien et le rangement du matériel utilisé. - Manipuler et stocker les produits selon les règles HACCP. - Trier et évacuer les déchets courants. - Vérifier le bon état du matériel utilisé et signaler tout dysfonctionnement à la responsable du service. - Participer à la production de préparations culinaires. - Distribuer et servir les repas. - Participer aux opérations de plonge (batterie et vaisselle). Contraintes : - Horaires décalés, possibilité d’être appelé(e) le week-end en cas d’urgence. - Environnement bruyant (cantine scolaire). Qualifications - Expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire. - Suivi de formations hygiène et restauration. Requirements - Connaître les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP, écologie microbienne). - Connaître les règles de conservation, stockage et emploi des différents produits. - Lire la notice d’emploi (fiche technique). - Hygiène, désinfection, sécurité. - Techniques culinaires de base. - Respect des consignes et de l’organigramme interne. - Conditions de remise des repas. - Résistance physique. - Disponibilité.
