Role Description Division50 helps businesses grow with done-for-you digital marketing — paid advertising, social media management, SEO, and lead generation, delivered as monthly retainers. We're hiring a Full-Cycle Sales Executive to own the entire cycle — prospect, pitch, close, and help collect — for our marketing-services packages. You'll work warm inbound leads from our own campaigns plus your own outbound, measured on the revenue you close and the clients who stay. - Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: qualify leads, run discovery calls, pitch the right marketing-services package, handle objections, and close. - Sell services (ad management, social, SEO, lead generation, retainers) — not a physical product, not generic software. - Own your pipeline and forecast; keep the CRM current. - Partner with delivery so the accounts you close succeed and renew. - Hit monthly revenue and closed-deal targets. Qualifications - You've personally sold digital-marketing or lead-generation services to businesses — retainers, paid-ads management, social media management, SEO, or lead-gen programs. - You've run the full cycle yourself, including closing — not just booking meetings as an SDR. - You can talk specifics: services sold, deal sizes / retainers, close rates. - Fluent, confident English; comfortable on video with clients. Arabic is a strong plus. Requirements - Nice to have: selling to Middle East / GCC businesses; a book of marketing-agency or software-to-marketers relationships. The ideal candidate is technically proficient in digital marketing platforms and experienced in launching and managing multi-channel campaigns. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across B2B lead generation, D2C sales, and fundraising channels. Key Responsibilities - Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. - Execute paid search, display, retargeting, and paid social campaigns. - Upload and manage audience lists, conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing audiences. - Create and QA campaign assets including Ad copy, Creative assets, UTMs, and Audience targeting. - Monitor campaign delivery and assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking. - Build and deploy email campaigns, automated journeys, and audience segmentation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Maintain campaign tracking and reporting using Google Analytics 4. - Support B2B lead generation initiatives through paid media and email marketing campaigns. - Support D2C customer acquisition and website sales growth through digital advertising and email campaigns. - Support corporate and foundations fundraising email campaign efforts. - Collaborate with marketing leadership, designers, and content teams to execute campaigns on schedule.
