Role Description Liftoff Campaigns is hiring a Digital Specialist to serve as a key member of our team. The Digital Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our clients and is generally responsible for the following: - Account Ownership - Occasionally take full account ownership of assigned accounts with limited oversight from manager. This includes but is not limited to: - Drafting client agenda - Running calls - Leading on projections and calendars - Provide email and text content feedback - Support manager as needed on other accounts - Lead on email production and quality assurance process for assigned accounts - Lead on checklist and loading training across CRMs - Draft and edit email and text copy - Load emails and texts as needed - Review email and text samples. Provide creative and strategic edits to associates on their loads - Quality check emails and texts for copy edits, mobile edits, links, sourcing conventions, and targeting - Help train email and texting staff on quality assurance and best practices for segmentation, drafting, and loading across platforms - Ensure that all areas where mistakes commonly happen are incorporated - Analyze overall program performance and recommend strategies to hit and exceed client goals - Ensure topics going out for all clients are working, relevant, and mission-oriented - Ensure ActBlue landing pages and backend landing pages across company clients are optimized through A/B testing - Help associates and strategists capitalize on big news + rapid response moments - Help lead planning meetings with knowledge of email and text performance, content ideas, and strategic recommendations - Ensure preparedness for future events (anniversaries and major moments like debates, RNC/DNC conventions) Qualifications - Passion for good causes, whether candidates or other - 3-6 years of work experience with at least 1 campaign cycle of experience in a dedicated email fundraising role - Client-facing project management experience - Experience managing multiple clients or workstreams at once - Familiarity with P2P and/or broadcast texting platforms - Experience using one of the following email CRMs: NGP, Everyaction, Actionkit, Acoustic - Experience working at an agency; working with or at non-profits or political/issue campaigns - Basic understanding of long term lead performance tracking - Experience building and executing project plans to achieve fundraising and communications goals - Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment - Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and ability to apply data to strategic decisions Benefits The salary for this position is $75000-$82000.
