Role Description Division50 produces the social content that grows our clients' brands — short-form video (reels), statics, and multi-platform posting. We're hiring a Social Media Associate who can actually make content that reaches people, not just schedule posts. - Produce short-form video (reels/TikToks) and static posts for client accounts. - Write hooks and captions; ride trends; post across platforms. - Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, and iterate on what works. Qualifications - You've personally created content that reached real audiences — with numbers you can show (views, followers grown, engagement), not just "managed a page". - You're actively creating right now. - You can shoot and/or edit short-form video and write hooks yourself. - Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
