Role Description The Walmart Virtual Assistant is responsible for managing daily store operations on Walmart Marketplace, including: - Catalog management - Order fulfillment - Customer service - Account health monitoring - Inventory management - Keyword research - Brand shop management This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Walmart’s platform policies and algorithm to ensure smooth business operations.
