About the Role Sprinter Health delivers free, in-home care to some of the most underserved communities in the country. The Growth Engineering team is responsible for getting patients to actually use that care—by reaching them, educating them, and making it easy to book. Today, most appointments are booked through outbound phone outreach. Your mandate is to help us evolve that into a true product-led motion by bringing booking directly into the core product and scaling how we engage patients. This is a role where the impact is tangible—you’re building the systems that determine whether someone gets care or goes without. Hybrid & Office Experience We operate on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-anywhere days. • Architect the end-to-end integration and data strategy for Salesforce and its connected production distributed systems. • Define data ownership, entity shapes, and single sources of truth across platforms using Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). • Partner with core engineering teams to align system boundaries and architectural standards. • Design high-scale integration patterns focused on retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and deep observability. • Replace brittle, no-code integrations (like Zapier) with robust, engineered, code-based solutions. • Implement Enterprise Best Practices. • Leverage deep Salesforce expertise to develop sophisticated, code-driven integrations rather than standard administrative configurations. • Establish a robust CI/CD pipeline for integration management, prioritizing configuration-as-code over manual, "click-based" changes in production environments. • Partner closely with IT, Product, and various business stakeholders to ensure seamless change management and alignment with broader business goals. • Serve as the guiding authority on modern integration technologies, strategies, and enterprise-grade software engineering practices.

• Develop and maintain software for a robust C-sUAS software suite • Design software to support system integration efforts • Ensure any new code meets contractual cyber standards • Collaborate with government customers to better understand program needs • Communicating issues with leadership • Identify areas of improvement that can benefit the software process

• Build backend services, APIs, and the data layer that power all of our product domains — outreach automation, payments, reporting, and analytics — with reliability and correctness as first-class concerns in a payments-critical domain. • Own data modeling, ETL, and vendor SDK integrations across EHRs, payment processors, and external vendors. • Contribute to the React frontend and internal tooling where your work spans the full stack. • Raise the bar through your own example and through rigorous, constructive code review. • Write code and documentation that guides both human engineers and AI agents toward excellence. • Partner with Product from ideation through production release to turn business goals into clear engineering requirements. • Author the technical specs for the initiatives you lead — thinking about scale, edge cases, and long-horizon maintainability. • Contribute to CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and development infrastructure as needed, including improvements to the tooling and check systems the team relies on.
