• Manage billing queries and proactively connect with clients to collect payments and resolve discrepancies. • Assist our broker teams with mission-critical tasks, including processing cancellations, reinstatements, and general billing support. • Triage incoming emails and voicemails, ensuring licensed brokers can focus on complex needs while you handle the operational flow. • Carefully review new billing contract data and audit files to ensure they meet our strict internal guidelines and process standards. • Recommend process improvements to streamline how we work with financing companies and improve the overall customer journey. • Monitor Slack alerts, schedule automated client messaging, and jump into clean-up projects to keep our data accurate and reliable.

• Support and advise clients as soon as they report a claim. • Provide a supportive ear and insurance expertise to clients who have suffered a loss. • Actively manage and maintain open claims files. • Serve as the main contact and follow up on any unresolved issues or abeyances. • Assist with the administration and upkeep of our claims document management system. • Support the creation and review of internal process flows, job aids, guides, and lesson plans. • Advocate for the client during the entire claims process, escalating issues whenever necessary. • Take a proactive approach to challenges, working ahead to prevent potential issues.

• Architect the end-to-end integration and data strategy for Salesforce and its connected production distributed systems. • Define data ownership, entity shapes, and single sources of truth across platforms using Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). • Partner with core engineering teams to align system boundaries and architectural standards. • Design high-scale integration patterns focused on retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and deep observability. • Replace brittle, no-code integrations (like Zapier) with robust, engineered, code-based solutions. • Implement Enterprise Best Practices. • Leverage deep Salesforce expertise to develop sophisticated, code-driven integrations rather than standard administrative configurations. • Establish a robust CI/CD pipeline for integration management, prioritizing configuration-as-code over manual, "click-based" changes in production environments. • Partner closely with IT, Product, and various business stakeholders to ensure seamless change management and alignment with broader business goals. • Serve as the guiding authority on modern integration technologies, strategies, and enterprise-grade software engineering practices.

• Supporting and effectively managing the renewal process for existing customers within your account portfolio to ensure seamless retention. • Carefully reviewing all account policy data for accuracy and ensuring zero errors in client documentation. • Maintaining effective communication with clients to fully understand their unique insurance requirements and making strategic recommendations. • Advising customers on "silent exclusions" or gaps in coverage and recommending additional lines to strengthen their risk architecture. • Liaising with insurance partners to negotiate and create the best possible insurance packages for each client.

• Supporting and effectively onboarding new customers. • Carefully reviewing all new submissions and policy data for accuracy while managing complex policy changes. • Managing the existing book of business by issuing certificates and processing endorsements for large and complex accounts. • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current book of business to ensure a "Circle of Protection." • Processing remarkets to ensure clients consistently maintain the most competitive and comprehensive coverage available. • Serving as the primary point of contact for mid-term reviews and year-round account maintenance.

• Mentor a team of New Business Brokers to help them hit their goals. • Work directly with prospects and underwriters to close deals yourself. • Improve team performance through hands-on coaching, shadow sessions, and actionable feedback. • Keep the energy high and motivate your team to consistently hit and exceed monthly GWP targets. • Lead daily huddles, coaching sessions, and file audits to ensure we are maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service. • Use your judgment to help brokers navigate complex contractor risks.

• Continually engage leads provided to you by Zensurance to convert requests for insurance into customers. • Evaluate the needs of prospective clients to make expert recommendations on necessary coverages. • Provide continuous support from quote to sale to ensure a seamless client experience within set timelines. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our insurance products and educate clients on their policy coverages and needs, breaking down complicated concepts into simpler terms. • Recommend operational changes to our processes to support further improvement of the overall customer experience. • Connect with external stakeholders (underwriters, insurance companies) and work as part of the team to achieve shared goals. • Provide weekly flow updates to enhance programs and pricing.

• Build and maintain internal tooling for the data team — CLIs, automation scripts, observability dashboards, and developer productivity tools. • Contribute to the development and deployment of the team's conversational analytics product — supporting infrastructure, CI/CD, and production readiness. • Define and manage Snowflake infrastructure as code via Terraform — including provisioning, access controls, resource monitors, and performance tuning. • Extend, maintain, and improve the team's data catalog (OpenMetadata) — ensuring data assets are documented, discoverable, and trusted across the organization. • Own data quality infrastructure — build and maintain frameworks for testing, monitoring, and alerting on data freshness, completeness, and correctness. • Build and maintain CI/CD workflows for dbt model deployment, schema validation, data quality checks, and automated testing. • Establish and maintain reproducible local and development environments so every team member can work effectively without friction. • Collaborate with the Tech Lead to design and implement data platform architecture in alignment with the team's technical strategy and the company's security and scalability requirements. • Approach all engineering work with a security-first mindset; ensure access patterns, credentials, and audit logging are codified and version-controlled. • Perform code reviews, ensure pull requests reflect acceptance criteria, and uphold engineering standards across the team's platform codebase. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Take ownership of the development of custom features and drive their technical implementation. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the team’s domain and drive its technical direction. • Suggest, design, implement, test and monitor features and functionalities. • Facilitate cross-team collaboration in accordance with established best practices and Agile methodology. • Evangelize proper software architecture and development paradigms. • Collaborate with project stakeholders and the development team to design and build scalable, user-friendly systems for our customers, and in-house tooling. • Discuss strategy and outline tradeoffs of potential software solutions. • Develop, test, and maintain codebase within the team’s domain. • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. • Contribute to knowledge sharing of new technologies and solutions which fall within the team’s area of expertise. • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate team members. • Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing features and integrations.

• Reporting to the Team Lead - Learning and Development, play a vital role in designing and launching impactful learning experiences. • Enhance Organizational Onboarding by collaborating with L&D team lead to integrate current company materials. • Conduct reviews and implement strategic design upgrades to existing learning programs, maximizing quality and learner engagement.
