• establish and achieve annual sales budgets by product category throughout your designated territory • build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers • seek out new business in designated open markets and transform these prospects into productive Sauna360 dealers • provide comprehensive sales and marketing training to Sauna dealers • ensure sales and marketing programs are effectively deployed throughout your region • represent Sauna360 at trade shows and promotional events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or college-level coursework strongly preferred
- at least five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales required
- Sauna sales industry experience strongly preferred
- knowledge of current sales and merchandising techniques required
- proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team
- must be willing and able to travel at least 120 days per year
- a valid driver's license with good driving record is required
