Field Technician – Northern Arizona

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts • Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred)
- 5G New Radio (NR) (Required)
