Job Description

Field Technician – Northern Arizona

T-Mobile

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts • Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred)
  • 5G New Radio (NR) (Required)
  • Base Station (Required)
  • Continuous Development (Required)
  • Disaster Recovery Planning (Required)
  • Network Troubleshooting (Required)
  • Project Management (Required)
  • Radio Access Networks (RAN) (Required)
