Senior Director, Controller, Program Finance
OSC Global
• Responsible for leading OSC Global’s accounting operations, program finance, financial reporting, and internal control environment. • Ensure the integrity of financial data, compliance with GAAP, FAR, and CAS. • Provide financial leadership across both corporate and program-level performance. • Direct and oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Oversee program finance function, including project setup, revenue recognition, and contract accounting (T&M, CPFF, FFP). • Drive visibility into margin performance and establish cost control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree in applicable field preferred
- Ten (10) years of accounting experience, including significant experience in technical accounting, auditing, and internal controls; Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred
- Experience with a federal government contractor with $100+ million in revenues.
- Two years of experience supervising accounting staff
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business units or operational leadership.
- Demonstrated experience of the FAR and CAS cost principles and ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, Jamis, or similar.
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
- Must be U.S. Citizen
