AAFCPAs

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top talent from universities and community colleges. • Build and maintain strong relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations. • Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking activities to promote AAFCPAs as an employer of choice. • Serve as the primary coordinator for the Campus Ambassador Program, overseeing its design and management. • Act as the main liaison with community colleges, developing and implementing tailored programs. • Support initiatives like CPA Prep Review and MBA sponsorship programs. • Coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experience for all new hires. • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure new team members are integrated seamlessly into their roles and the AAFCPAs culture. • Work closely with the broader Talent Management team to align early talent initiatives with overall recruitment and development strategies.

• Be a leader in the Healthcare team keeping up with changes in the industry and participating in conferences. • Supervise engagement team and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff • Monitor and report regarding the productivity of staff, and adherence to work plan schedules on each assignment • Keep lines of communication open with staff and clients • Contribute to the firms thought leadership efforts in Healthcare • Anticipate and address client concerns, and escalate problems as they arise • Recognize and inform management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients and potential clients • Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and significant deficiencies letters, with an eye on quality, thoroughness, and accuracy • Lead the engagement team with an emphasis on collaboration, flexibility and valuing the differences in others

• Lead client discovery sessions to evaluate accounting processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Implement and optimize Sage Intacct solutions using proven tools and methodologies • Deliver reporting enhancements, system configurations, and workflow improvements • Serve as a go-to Sage Intacct resource for clients and internal teams • Partner across advisory, accounting, and tech teams to deliver high-impact solutions • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and a solutions-first mindset

• Provide financial consulting services to assigned clients, based on service agreements. • Using technology and best practices, implement robust financial processes and reporting for clients. • Oversee the team member’s daily activities of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, billing, general ledger, credits and collections on each client. • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing internal controls, checks and balances, and review of all transactional work performed for clients. • Provide monthly analysis and financial statements to the client. • Act as client’s finance department including responding to questions, attending and presenting financial information at meetings, etc. • Provide consulting services in a variety of areas, including: Internal control analysis and recommendations, Processing and documentation for grant tracking, revenue recognition, departmental/divisional reporting, or other areas of need. • Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, or cash flow models. • Prepare estimated budgets for potential and existing client work and assist with the related proposal and/or engagement letter drafting. • Oversee, develop and work with client leadership on budgeting and planning processes for each client.
