Sales Training Representative – Surgery

• Develop the skillset to support training that drives business growth through a blended learning model to include both live and virtual experiences. • Engage with customers at Professional Education events, enhancing their understanding of our four Surgery platforms: Wound Closure, Endo-mechanical, Energy, and Biosurgery. • Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Organization, assisting in account conversions and driving customer engagement.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree attained from an accredited University/College by June 2027 is required.
- Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 based upon 4.0 scale is required.
- Ability to start work on a full-time basis by January 2027 or June 2027 is required.
- Sales, Life Science, or Business academic major is preferred.
- Completion of school-sponsored selling skills program is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred with demonstrated success in exceeding company goals and objectives.
- Strong track record of academic and other successes is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus clubs, community service, and/or athletic activities are preferred.
- By the start of the STR Program, relocation to the designated home office in Raritan, New Jersey or Cincinnati, Ohio is required.
- STR will be hired for a specific company sales area and relocation to that pre-identified sales area after completion of the STR Program is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the United States for multiple weeks at a time is required.
- A valid driver's license issued in the United States is required.
- Willingness and ability to relocate geographically within the United States is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future is required.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 Partner Managers, setting clear expectations, running regular pipeline reviews, and creating a culture of accountability and growth • Own and expand PDQ’s reseller network, personally recruiting and onboarding new partners in strategic markets while staying hands-on in high-priority accounts alongside your team • Architect the channel program, design partner tiers, incentive structures, and enablement frameworks that make PDQ the product resellers want position • Drive partner enablement at scale, equipping reseller AEs, SEs, and marketing teams with the messaging, tools, and confidence to actively position and sell PDQ solutions • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align channel strategy with broader go-to-market motions and joint pipeline generation • Analyze channel performance data, refine strategy based on leading indicators, and report on pipeline, ARR contribution, and partner health to senior leadership
